Arrival to Kathmandu International Airport
One of the airport representatives of Success Travels & Treks will be waiting outside the airport for welcoming you to our beautiful city along with a signboard on his hand showing our company name. Then we will transfer you to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle. You will have your night stay at hotel.
Kathmandu valley Sightseeing
In the morning after your breakfast, we will arrange a pre-trip meeting at the hotel. We will introduce you with the trek leader and assistance guide. Our team will provide you with a duffel bag, T-shirt and a cap. For the meeting you have to take your passport, four pp-size photographs and a travel insurance policies’ readable copy. Please clear your due if any during this meeting and sign the form of legally binding trip as a non-liability disclaimer. In addition, please be responsive to inform us if your arrival is late.
After breakfast, our sightseeing starts in a private vehicle along with a tour guide. Our destinations are Boudhnath Stupa, Pashupatinath temple and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Boudhnath Stupa is a biggest Buddhists shrines in the World. We can see monks at Boudhnath Stupa surrounding it and in prayer at monasteries. Pashupatinath Temple, a great Hindu Temple of the country situated on the Bagmati River bank. We can see sadhus meditating, occasionally burning of funeral pyres and pilgrims bathing there on ghat. Finally, we will go for Bhaktapur Durbar Square where temples of Pagoda and Sikhara style grouped around 55-windows palace made of wood and brick to see. Statue of King Bhupatindra Malla, the Lion gate, the golden gate, art galleries are all the attractions of Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Then you all will be free to explore yourself and do shopping and many more .You will be staying at hotel at night.
Travel to Beni by bus (850 m)-8 hrs
Today after breakfast the trekking team will meet you at hotel and by local bus we move ahead for Beni. During the pathway we will be able to see lots of beautiful scenes. Then you will be checked for your trekking permit at police check post in Beni which is the district headquarters. Kali Gandaki and Myagdi Khola converge in this town. At night we will stay here.
Trek from Beni to Babiachaur (950 m) - 5 hrs with B/L/D
Today we will leave fromBeni towards the shore of Myagdi khola heading west from Beni passing via Manglaghat to Sinha,Tatopani village of Beni. Then we cross the bridge outside the village to the south shore of the river and the little half loop of trail is made before passing another bridge which is situated by the side of Simalchaur. Night stay will be at camp of Babiachaur.
Trek from Babiachaur to Dharapani (1400 m) - 6 hrs with B/L/D
Now we will see widened valley and terraced hills by the shores of the river.Thenafter crossing Duk Khola and Shahashradhara village we will reach to Ratorunga along the fairly level trekking path. Now continuing to Dharapani village again the valley gets narrower terraces gets disappeared. We will have our night at lodge.
Trek from Dharapani to Muri (1850 m) - 5 hrs with B/L/D
Now until we come to the ridges there are lots of switch banks on the trail after Phedi. Then the trail slightly climbs to the Muri Villages and continue our trek to Mattim and Sibang. Our trek continues towards phalai Gaon (1810 m) passing Garri Khola after stepping downward from the ridge. Finally we will enter to the large Magar Village, Muri after following the west bank of Myagdi Khola.
Trek from Muri to Boghara (2080 m) - 6 hrswith B/L/D
Now it’s time to have stunning view of Mt. Ghutsung south (6465 m) and we can see this from one of the pass where we can reach after short descend passing a stream and following Terraced field. Finally to reach Boghara we will step down along the west shore of the Myadi Khola passing Naura village and climb little via grassy hill and passing some switch banks. Night stay will be at one of the lodge.
Trek from Boghara to Dobang (2080m) with B/L/D
At first we will step down via terraced fields toward small peak and then reach to Jyardan via forest and this is the village with remote permanent settlement. From here a high winding trail exist which crosses rocky area and then step down to Lipse where we can see a single hut. We will emanate through forest on the path to reach Lapche Kharka and finally move ahead to the climbing area at Dobang.we will spend our night at hotel.
Trek from Dobang to Choriban Khola with B/L/D
Today we will step up along the forested area trail after we cross the wooden bridge of Dobang. Npw from the breaks of trees we can see the south face of Mt. Dhaulagiri. Stepping down towards Myagdi Khola and passing the wooden bridge the east shore emanate towards Chartare. Finally we will reach to Choriban Khola along the rocky trail.
Trek from Choriban Khola to Italian Base Camp (3660 m) - 7 hrs with B/L/D
Today we will emanate via Chhonbarban Glacier from right. Here, Tukche Peak can be viewed along with the amazing view of North face of Dhaulagiri-I .After a small trek we will there at Italian Base Camp. From here we can see Dhaulagiri II, III & V. At night we will stay at hotel.
Acclimatization day in Italian Base Camp with B/L/D
Now it’s time to adjust our body for higher altitude. So, we set here acclimatization day here in Italian Base Camp. Stay in a hotel at night.
Trek from Italian Base Camp to Glacier Camp (4210 m) - 6 hrs with B/L/D
Today at morning we will ahead towards Glacier Camp. Stone fall is liable on this trail. At night we will stay at hotel.
Trek from Glacier Camp to Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4740 m) -7 hrs with B/L/D
Today we will walk on through most adventurous path heading towards Dhaulagiri Base Camp. Here infront of us there is beautiful icefall after stepping downward from north-east.
Trek to hidden valley (5200 m) via French pass (5360 m)-6 hrs with B/L/D
Today we will ascent two terraced hills. One is along glacier and then passing the mountain flank we enter to ablation valley. And passing the French Pass there is a great view of Mukut Himal, Tashi kang, Sita Chuchura all covering the Hidden valley. From here you follow the right side of the hidden valley towards Thapa Pass between Tukche peak and Thapa Peak. Stepping downward we will have night stay at hotel.
Trek from hidden valley to yak kharka (3680 m) via Dhampus Pass (5200 m)-6 hrs with B/L/D
After stepping downward from Hidden Valley we reach to Yak Kharka following Dhampus Pass. Here we can enjoy the camp site.
Trek from yak kharka to Jomsom (2710 m)-5 hrs with B/L/D
Today following the west Shore of Kali Gandaki River we reach to Marpha which is the home town of fruit products. And the local Apple brandy juice is the specialty of this region. Following the north river face we reach to Jomsom town.
Fly to Pokhara from Jomsom
About 30 min flight takes us to Pokhara. After reaching to Pokhara we will drive to the hotel and we will have view of Fewa Lake, Museum, Devi’s waterfall, Gupteshwor cave & Tibetan refugee settlement.
Fly back from Pokhara to Kathmandu
If you want to have further trek expansion to Chitwan wildlife Safari, Rafting adventure, mountain biking etc then you can extend it otherwise we will fly to Kathmandu and will enjoy the farewell dinner at one of the Nepali Restaurant.
Departure to Sweet Home
For the final departure, our airport representative will drop you at the International Airport.

Dhaulagiri Circuit trekking is the best trekking destination for adventures and remote trekking in Nepal. This trekking route was first discovered in 1950 by French expedition that climbed Annapurna I. Dhaulagiri mountain is the 7th highest peak of the world with the elevation of 8167 m. Dhaulagiri name reveals its meaning white, beautiful and dazzling mountain. It lies 120 Km east from Kali Gandaki River west to the Bheri. The Annapurna-I lies 35 Km east of Dhaulagiri Mountain .The world’s deepest gorge named Kali Gandaki Gorge flows between Annapurna-I and Dhaulagiri-I. Dhaulagiri Circuit Trekking is the best place to enjoy the wild nature.This trek is particularly the most attractive trek for those people who wants to dive into high mountains and loves wilderness. This trek requires an excellent physical condition and basic mountaineering skills.
This 20 day Dhaulagiri Circuit trekking starts after arriving to Pokhara enjoying the beauty along the path way to Beni. Then after going ahead toward north-west direction. Now, we move to Pakoban via the village of Baghara, Dobang and Chartare . Afterward, we move on toward Dhaulagiri Base Camp via Chhanbardan Glacier as we can’t find any settlement area. Further, we climb the French pass (5360 m) that lies in between Tukche peak and Sita Chuchura (6611 m). Finally, our trek declines towards the Kali Gandaki river bank via the village of Marpha along the trail. Next we reach to Jomsom heading north.At last fly for Pokhara from Jomsom.
